Keeping connection to multiple serial devices for firmware upgrades

I work with units that have multiple boards inside doing different things. All of these boards at some point have to be flashed or updated (usually with the board manufacturer's proprietary flash software). All of the boards have a dedicated flash port.

Is there a product out there that would allow me to communicate with these boards over tcp/ip? I attached a quick sketch of what I am trying to accomplish.

My goal would be to hook this device up to the network where I would have ready...
