BadUsb, TF Memory Leonardo, how to get it working?

Hello, I have bought one of these things from AliExpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/EYE...32813108672.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.uCmlkT

Now, I upload the sketch with Arduino IDE, but the sketch never runs/launches.
I'm quite new to these things, so could you please tell me what could be wrong, should I do something for this thing to behave like virtual usb keyboard etc.?
