Converting serial bootloader code to work with SPI

Dear Friends,

I have a serial bootloader code for MC56F82748.
But I can flash only through SPI. So my serial bootloader code should be able to accept the '.S' file on SPI instead of UART.
Could anyone please help me to guide me how to convert this uart bootloader code to work with SPI?
Please help.
