IR21362 Connections for three phase bridge control

hello,I am implementing an induction motor control circuit using microcontroller PIC18F46K22 and I used IR21362 as IGBT drivers but now I am having trouble on different connections of this IC,it is not giving the signals on its output can you please help and let me know how its different pins are connected?
