'Read has changed program'

This is in IPE.

That was causing the problem.

This is going by Memory View-Program Memory

You click Yes and it changes the compiled hex you have loaded into what you read off chip.

So you go around in a circle programming same thing into chip each time.

I was a victim of 'Microchip Speak'.
